Privacy policy

Xentropy processes information to operate your account, connect authorized sources, store your work, and manage your subscription. Contact support@xentropy.ai for access, correction, deletion, export, or privacy questions.

Information processed

We process account identity and verification details, session and security records, encrypted integration credentials, the data and artifacts you choose to store, and operational records needed to run and secure the service. Billing records include subscription state, consent, invoice references, usage and message-delivery status. Raw card numbers and CVCs are handled by Stripe.

Purpose and providers

Account and subscription processing supports delivery of the service and billing obligations. Security and abuse controls protect the service and users. Stripe processes payments; configured transactional email providers deliver account and billing messages. Connected providers receive requests authorized by you. Your external AI assistant is a separate service governed by its provider’s terms.

Cookies and analytics

Essential session cookies support login and security. Theme and density preferences remember your choices. No marketing tracking is required to use the service. Nonessential analytics, if introduced, require the consent and disclosure appropriate to your location.

Sharing and retention

Your work is private unless you explicitly share or publish it. Cancellation alone does not immediately delete saved work. Data is retained to provide the service, meet legal billing obligations, and maintain security; deletion requests are reviewed against those obligations. We do not automatically purge saved work as part of the initial billing cutover. A minimal trial-eligibility record can be retained to prevent repeated introductory offers.

EU and US customers

Applicable privacy rights may include access, portability, correction, erasure, objection, restriction, and complaints to a supervisory authority. Contact support to exercise your rights. Identity verification may be required to protect your account.

The live release requires verified data-controller address, hosting locations, processor disclosures, retention periods and applicable international-transfer arrangements. Live purchases remain disabled until the launch configuration is complete.
