Period allowances reset on your subscription’s billing dates. System safety limits still apply. Existing-file downloads do not generate a new export. External captures include provider previews, direct data tools, and scheduled refreshes.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Your seven-day trial begins when you complete Checkout with a card. Nothing is charged for the subscription during the trial. Unless you cancel, Stripe invoices your selected monthly plan after the trial ends. We send a reminder one day before.
Use your selected plan’s features with a whole-trial allowance of 25 artifacts, 3 dashboards, 25 datasets, 2 connections, 2 API keys, 50 exports, 100 external captures, 250 MiB storage, and 5 share links.
Yes. Xentropy is the workspace for the results. Bring an assistant that supports MCP or use our REST API. External AI subscriptions and model credits are separate.
Yes. Open Settings → Billing to cancel or manage your subscription. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a subscription charge. Paid cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.
Each plan currently belongs to one person. Scale adds capacity; it does not include team seats or collaborative editing.
New work using that allowance stops. Your saved work remains available. You can upgrade, wait for a period allowance to reset, or remove stored resources. There are no automatic overage charges.
