Cancellation policy

During your seven-day trial

Open Settings → Billing, choose Cancel subscription, and confirm. Cancel before the exact expiry shown there to avoid a subscription charge. You keep trial access until that deadline. We send cancellation confirmation and stop the upcoming charge reminder.

After a payment

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and prevents the next renewal. Saved private work and account controls remain available after paid access ends, while new paid workloads stop.

Refund requests and consumer rights

Cancellation does not automatically refund the current paid period. Contact support@xentropy.ai for erroneous or duplicate charges, or to exercise statutory withdrawal and refund rights. Those rights are not limited by this policy.

If you cannot access your account

Use password recovery or email support. Include the account email and a description of the problem; never include your full card number, password, or API key. We will verify ownership before changing billing access.
